Scope of Coverage

ADR covers all forms of voluntary dispute resolution processes including but not limited to arbitration, adjudication, mediation and expert determination (collectively called “ADR”).

This panel is to identify and bring together leading and reputable ADR experts who will provide research, expertise, recommendation and analysis of the highest quality on ADR with the view to promoting and enhancing the use of ADR and provide ADR professionals and experts to cater for the needs of society.

This panel is, from time to time, to explore any improvement to the operation of ADR by reviewing the current laws and rules applicable.

Criteria of becoming members of ADR Panel

Fellow Member: Fellow Members of the relevant professional bodies or persons with substantial experience as an expert in arbitral and legal proceedings, or respectable persons in the areas of ADR recognized by this panel and approved by IIE Council.

Ordinary Member: Members of relevant professional bodies over seven years in terms of ADR and abundant experience in ADR which is recognized by this panel and approved by IIE Council.

Associate Member: Members of relevant professional bodies and individuals who have completed ADR courses with experiences approved by IIE Council.
