Scope of Coverage

Construction and Real Estate Panel covers a broad range of experts in architectural, planning, landscape, surveying (building, general practice, land and quantity surveying), construction management, and property and facility management. 

Objectives

To identify and bring together leading and reputable experts who are capable of providing research, expertise, recommendation and analysis of the highest quality on Construction and Real Estate

To provide proper trainings for experienced construction and real estate professionals to become experts

To encourage knowledge sharing among experts and/or members of the public

Criteria of becoming members of Construction and Real Estate Panel

Fellow Member: A Fellow of a relevant professional institution or a person with substantial experience acting as an expert witness on Construction and Real Estate related matters in arbitration hearing or legal proceedings recognized by this panel and approved by IIE Council.

Ordinary Member: A full member of a relevant professional institution or a person with substantial experience (at least 7 years) in Construction and Real Estate recognized by this panel and approved by IIE Council.

Associate Member: A person holding a relevant degree or equivalent with not less than 2 years in Construction and Real Estate recognized by this panel and approved by IIE Council.
