Dr. Raymond HM Leung, FICE, FHKIE, FASCE, FIIE, FHKICM, FHKIArb, PEng, CEng, SmIEEE, RPE

is a renowned expert in civil engineering, information engineering, mediation and arbitration. He  is arbitrator in over 16 arbitration commissions and is the General Editor of 7 books in regards to arbitration and mediation in Hong Kong and the Mainland. Dr. Leung is one of the founders of the Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC), America Society of Civil Engineering (Greater China) and was the Founding President of HKMC and Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. He is also an experience civil engineer with extensive industry experience and is the Adjunct Professor at the HKUST Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and previously at the City University of Hong Kong School of Law. He has extensive experiences in Property, Construction, Telecommunication and Optical Networks.
